Refund policy

We hope you love your products as much as we do but understand that sometimes returns are necessary! We will happily accept items for return if notified within 7 days of receiving the items. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and items will only be refunded if received within 30 days of the initial purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition that they were received.

Unfortunately due to the nature of customized and personalized items, all sales will be final. The customer will be sent a mock up for approval prior to the item being made. Once approved no changes can be made and sale is final. 

All sale items are final sale.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
