Shipping policy

All orders are available for local pickup, free of charge. Please select the pickup location at checkout and you will be contacted to arrange a pickup day/time. Pickup locations are available in Hope (Laidlaw) and Chilliwack (Airport Road). Local Delivery is available for Hope and Chilliwack customers for a $5 fee. 

Canadian Shipping  

Flat rate shipping to all Canadian customers is $18. Free shipping is offered to all orders over $200. During the Canada Post Strike all orders will be sent through UPS or Purolator. MVR Designs is not responsible for any shipping delays once the package has been transferred to the Carrier. 

USA Shipping

Flat rate shipping to the USA is $25.00 Canadian. Duties and tariffs are included in the purchase price shown at checkout. 

LETTER MAIL SHIPPING

Select items are available for oversized, letter mail shipping through Canada Post. Letter mail shipping does not include tracking information. MVR Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping delays. No refund will be issued. Please upgrade your shipping to flat rate shipping if you wish to have tracking on your package. This option is only available to Canadian Customers and is only available for certain items, as indicated in the product description. Please add Letter Mail Shipping to your cart and then select local pickup at checkout to avoid additional shipping charges. Orders will be cancelled if this option is selected for ineligible items or locations.
