Shipping policy

All orders are available for local pickup, free of charge. Please select the pickup location at checkout and you will be contacted to arrange a pickup day/time. Please ensure you provide a contact phone number at checkout. Pickup locations are available in Hope (Laidlaw) and Chilliwack (Airport Road). Local Delivery is available for Hope and Chilliwack customers for a $5 fee. 

Canadian Shipping  

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $18 to all Canadian customers.

  • Signature Required Delivery: Available for $23.

  • Carrier Responsibility: MVR Designs is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.

  • Delivery Confirmation: MVR Designs is not responsible for stolen packages once the carrier marks the package as delivered.

  • Claims: A claim will be filed with the carrier if the package is lost or damaged in transit, or if the package is stolen and Signature Required Delivery was selected.

  • Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure. If theft is a concern, we recommend selecting Signature Required Delivery.

  • Proof of Delivery: Once tracking shows “Delivered,” ownership of the package transfers to the customer.

USA Shipping

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $25 to all US customers.

  • Signature Required Delivery: Available for $30.

  • Duties and Tariffs: Duties and tariffs are shown as a separate line at checkout.
